Delivering results

You have done all the hard work to develop well considered plans for 2023. You have new sets of benchmarks to guide continuous improvement and shifts in performance to deliver the 2025 vision. The stage is set – time to make it happen and deliver the results.

The foundation of delivering results is communicating expectations via SMART KPIs and building accountability and team performance. In this section you will focus on developing KPIs for you and your team based on the 2023 Plan. You will communicate the plan and KPI’s and review your personal development prior to a coaching session.
