PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Ramp-Up is designed to accelerate the development of the early-career workforce to operate at higher levels of performance and drive front-line productivity in the resources sector.

Attracting and retaining talent combined with overcoming skills gaps and shortages of experienced staff requires a new approach to developing the effectiveness of particularly the early-career workforce.

This four-module program focuses on the key knowledge, skills and behaviours required of a high performing, early-career resources employee.

The Program is designed around four themes of managing self and managing teams; project and change management; communication and influence; and operational discipline. Through these themes, participants will gain the knowledge, skills, and behaviours to effectively implement change whilst operating in or leading a high-performing team.

Underpinning the program is the delivery of a stretch productivity improvement project that participants will identify for their organisation. Participants will receive coaching from program facilitators to accelerate the implementation
