Strategic Planning and Financial Management
module 3 Overview
Module 3 has been designed to help get you into the front seat of driving the business forward and working one step ahead of Ok Tedi’s Management Operating System (MOS). We do this through helping you build 4 key capabilities of a senior leader:
- Scenario planning,
- Systems thinking;
- Problem solving; and
- Financial management.
Interestingly, to build and enhance these capabilities we have to first unlearn some old habits that have been formed in the past.
Module 3 will be applied on the job via:
- your engagement in developing scenarios that will shape Ok Tedi in 2025 & 2030,
- your role in leading your team to develop the 2022 plan on a page
- your role in leading your team to develop the 2022 operational budget
