Module 6: Overview
In this Module we will focus on:
- Role modelling values led leadership – Role modelling Ok Tedi’s values through leading your team through a review of your area’s major hazards and controls. You will develop a short executive report on your team’s effectiveness in managing hazards and controls to lead a fatality free operation.
- Building high performing and inclusive teams – Assessing your team dynamics and performance including a review of your 2022 Plan on a Page progress.
- Planning for impact – Developing your career life plan to guide your performance and development over the coming years.

Role model value led leadership with a focus on Safety, Team Work, Performance and Accountability.
Overcoming the 5 Dysfunctions of a team
Understand and overcome the five common issues that hamper the performance of teams.
Planning for impact
Formalise your ‘career life development plan’ to guide your impact at Ok Tedi and in all aspects of life that are important to you.

- Activity 3 – Quarterly review of your POAP team performance and major hazard and controls.
- Activity 4 – Communicate quarterly review outcomes to your front-line team members.
- Activity 5 – Develop your 1-2 page executive report on major hazards and control effectiveness in your area.
- Activity 6 – Document your ‘career life development plan’
