HOW DO YOU USE HPI?
We have created tools to identify areas you should focus on developing. Our tools measure your physical, emotional, and cognitive components as well as your purpose in life.
After completing these tools, we will analyse the results and give recommendations on what you may want to improve.
ADD SMART GOALS
Like the weekly planner, your daily goals are important to stay on track of your overall goal. It reminds you of what you have planned.
UPLOAD PROGRESS VIDEOS
Throughout the journey, the HPI asks you to create videos of yourself, your goal, and your experiences throughout the process to share across the community. It also helps to review your own videos to see just how far you have come in achieving your goals.
Connect with your community
You are not alone on your journey to self-improvement and wellness. There is a community around you, and around the HPI willing to help and communicate to achieve your goals together. In the HPI, we want you to introduce yourself and share your goals so that you can connect with people with similar goals. Gain insight and advice from people that have achieved similar goals, or share your experiences so that others can learn from you.
